MDA Hospitality Solutions appoints Tito Ronchetta as vice president of operations
MDA Hospitality Solutions, the global leader in hospitality and premier provider of exceptional full-service training solutions for some of the world’s most prestigious hospitality brands announces the promotion of Tito Ronchetta to Vice President of Operations.
Ronchetta brings over 18 years of experience in hospitality operations. In his new capacity as Vice President of Operations, Ronchetta will play a critical role in shaping MDA’s growth strategy, fostering innovation, and maintaining operational efficiency to meet the evolving needs of MDA’s clients.
Ronchetta’s responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic plans, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring MDA delivers engaging, professional, and warm training experiences. His leadership will be instrumental to MDA maintaining its position as a training leader in the hospitality industry while driving business growth and expanding market presence, continuing to advance MDA’s mission of transforming employee training and service standards.
Ronchetta, who began his journey with MDA as a Training Facilitator in 2020 at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, brought his expertise and dedication at a challenging time. He quickly expanded his responsibilities, including contributing content for Hilton’s beverage program and planning successful hotel openings. In 2021, his leadership during the reopening of the historic Arizona Biltmore’s signature restaurant, Renata’s, was exemplary, and his solo management was nothing short of remarkable.
Ronchetta’s leadership in implementing Spanish-language training has significantly expanded MDA’s impact, leading to successful openings at prestigious locations such as the Waldorf Astoria Cancun, Conrad Tulum, and Hilton All-Inclusive Cancun. At The Galt House in Louisville, KY, Ronchetta successfully produced banquets’ resources in both languages.
“Tito’s journey with MDA has been marked by numerous successful training projects, including Botero at the Waldorf Astoria Grand Wailea, SER Steakhouse at the Anatole, and Alaia at Turtle Bay Resort, to name a few. Tito championed our training partnership with Great Wolf Resorts, which included delivering successful programs, eLearning, and new lodge openings. Throughout these experiences, Tito has consistently inspired and led with unwavering dedication, the pursuit of excellence, and problem-solving skills”, said Mary D’Argenis-Fernandez, founder and CEO of MDA Hospitality Solutions.
Ronchetta resides in Fernandina Beach, FL with his family. He previously held hospitality management positions at Amelia National Golf & Country Club, Mandarin Oriental Miami, and Turnberry Isle Resort & Spa Miami. Ronchetta has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a specialization in Travel and Tourism Management from the University of Florida in Gainesville.
