Luxperia DMC, a destination management company for Vietnam, has expanded its management team with new principal lead Linh Le to manage growth and development across Southeast Asia.
Since inception in 2018, Luxperia DMC has partnered and worked with local operators to ensure the latest product offering and local knowledge, while giving back to locally run operators.
Le, a long-time veteran to the travel industry and (recently) the tourism trade’s spokesperson for Vietnam Administration of Tourism (VNAT) events worldwide, issues his first statement on the collaboration of working with local teams across the breadth of Asia.
“To ensure money and profits are funnelled back to our local communities”
“The fundamental start of working responsibly in tourism is to ensure money and profits are funnelled back to our local communities,” said Le. “Luxperia’s website dedicates its ‘collective’ to a network of informed, locally well-linked individuals with our passion for South East Asia and surrounding subcontinents.
“Across its destinations, Luxperia will utilise and promote the services of local guides, experts for their own region while curating private and special events for couples, families and corporate groups seeking an affordable yet tailored and customised full-service package.”
Already established in the markets of Spain, Portugal, Latin America, Le will charge the growth of the business from English speaking markets to support tour operators in the UK, Australia, Europe and the US.
Furthermore, his expert team will offer business consultation, guidance and mentorship to other like-minded operations to ensure a guest satisfaction level that shall compete with the larger pre-existing giants of the region.
