LHC International, a recruitment consulting firm specialising in the hospitality sector with a focus on middle and upper management roles, has announced the launch of its operations covering Asia based out of Bangkok, Thailand. The new division and further growth of LHC in Asia will be headed by Victor Mogilev.
Founded in 2013 in Germany, the company now runs offices in Berlin and Bangkok with more than 20 consultants successfully placing key roles in nearly 40 countries across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. The boutique firm is known for its highly personalised approach and in-depth knowledge of the global hospitality industry as all LHC International employees come with hospitality backgrounds and experience.
Its services cover placement assignments throughout the entire value chain of all hospitality fields, including lodging, dining, real estate, cruise ships and travel technology.
“Huge potential in Asia.”
“Now more than ever, the fast pace of Asia’s hospitality industry requires the ability for brands to secure top talents,” said Garry Levin, founder of LHC International. “I see huge potential and growth in Asia and look forward to bringing our recognised recruitment services to the region with the new Bangkok office. Having known Victor since studying together at Glion Institute of Higher Education, Switzerland, I’m particularly confident that his new role as a partner and understanding of Asia’s travel and hospitality industry will help quickly secure LHC International as a key player.”
Originally from Russia and with more than 12 years in the travel and hospitality industry, Mogilev has lived and worked in Asia for over a decade and will be responsible for further growing LHC International’s Asian operations.
