Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the signing of its latest property, Key Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Nashik, which will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited. The property is expected to open in the fiscal year 2027.
Nashik, a city in Maharashtra, sits on the banks of the River Godavari. Known for its deep-rooted connections to Hindu mythology, Nashik attracts devotees to sacred sites like Panchavati and Ram Kund. It also hosts the Kumbh Mela every 12 years. Besides its spiritual significance, Nashik is celebrated as the ‘Wine Capital of India,’ home to over half of the country’s vineyards and wineries, contributing significantly to India’s economy. With its rich cultural heritage, historical landmarks, and scenic beauty, Nashik offers a diverse and enriching experience for visitors seeking both spiritual retreats and explorations of Maharashtra’s vibrant landscape.
Key Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Nashik will feature 45 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a banquet, a meeting room, and other public areas. The Nashik International Airport is about 23 km away, and the Nashik Road Railway station is approximately 10 km from the property. The hotel is well connected by roadways for both public and private transport. This new opening will add to their twelve existing hotels in the state.
