Job Description
Ski Sales Consultant required by a friendly Ski Specialist Travel Agency. Salary 24K-29K (dependent upon your experience). You will be a keen skier and have some experience in either sales or customer service (ideally form travel although not essential) Flexible working hours. One day per week in their Winchester office and 4 days from home.
Ski Sales Consultant Responsibilities:
- Build rapport with ski clients
- Liaise with Partners and Operators in France
- Identify and propose suitable properties to customers
- Manage the database of current and prospective clients
- Develop customer retention strategy
- Process all bookings and ensure all compliance requirements met
- Know the product range; help with product development and take part in ski property audits
- Creation of website property portfolio; unique content, images and characteristics
- Create content for properties for client communications
Ski Sales Consultant Experience and Skills Required:
- Sales or Customer Service experience
- Ski experience
- Travel Industry experience (desirable)
- Excellent writing style and clear communication skills
- Knowledge of French, German or Italian language desirable
- Strong customer service skills
- Organised, efficient and accurate
- Confident on social media platforms
