Travel Offline Call Centre Agent: Are you passionate about Travel and looking to work in the industry? Do you have excellent written communication skills and enjoy dealing with customers? This well established Cruise travel company are recruiting for several Call Centre Agents to deal with offline email enquires, to join their team in Uxbridge or hybrid based. Paying £22K.

Travel Offline Call Centre Agent, Responsibilities:
– Handling all email enquires from both direct customer and travel agents.
– Providing worldwide cruise holidays quotes via email
– Promote cruise product and services to generate revenue
– Assist clients with after-sales such as reservations changes, purchase of additional services and special requests via email
– Working to set targets.

Travel Offline Call Centre Agent, Skills Required:
– Fluent English both written and spoken is essential
– Passionate about travel
– Excellent written communication skills
– Good geographical knowledge
– Previous experience within travel preferred but not essential

Additional Information:
– Paying £22K
– Full 4 weeks training provided
– Office based in Uxbridge or Hybrid based with 3 days in the office on a rota)
– Heavily discounted cruise holidays for friends and family
– Working hours Mon – Fri 9.15am – 6pm Mon – Fri, Sat 8.45am – 5.30pm, Sun 9.45am – 4pm, working a 5 day week and 4 weekend days a month.
