Travel Customer Service Consultant – Required for this successful Travel Company based in the Stockport area. Due to continual growth they are looking for both experienced travel customer service consultants or experienced customer service consultants/advisors professionals to join their expanding team, assisting clients with any queries with any existing holidays bookings, making amendments and checking and sending documents to clients , whilst offering a professional and personalised service to their clients . They will pay a basic salary of £23, 593, along with other company benefits and will be working Mon-Fri 9am -5.30pm and approx. 1 Saturdays every 6-8 weeks . This role is Hybrid 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
Travel Customer Service Consultants, Responsibilities:
– Assisting clients with any queries once a reservation has been made , including any changes and amendments
– To be responsible for the customer journey of every client throughout the whole process providing a consistent and excellent level of service
– Checking over documentation including invoices and tickets making sure these are correct and sending these to the client
Travel Customer Service Consultants, Skills Required:
– Travel industry customer service /administration experience is preferred, however experience working in customer service role in a different sectors would be considered, as training is provided
– Excellent customer service skills , with the ability to build a rapport with clients over the phone
– Excellent attention to detail and able to prioritise a busy and varied workload
-Ideally a passion for travel and well-travelled
