Travel Consultant :
Successful Travel Consultant will be assisting clients with new and existing booking both by email and over the phone and will book Worldwide , European and Domestic flights, hotels, and transfers for clients, whilst offering a high level of service. This role will be working within a dedicated travel team and will be working on a small shift pattern Mon-Fri 8am-4.30pm / 9.30am-6.00pm plus one day a week work from home on 12.30-9.00pm and weekends when required on an ad hoc basis. This role offers a basic salary of £25,000 plus when on call at a weekend an additional £160 per weekend shift worked . This role will be 4 days in the office West Yorkshire and 1 day at home.

Travel Consultant responsibilities :
. Booking a wide variety of flights, hotels, and transfers for clients by email or over the phone
. Work with a variety of travel providers and offer the best product to the client.
. Offering an exceptional service
. Work towards and achieve customer service targets.

Travel Consultant skills required :
. Must have excellent travel knowledge having worked as a Travel Agent, Travel Reservations Consultant, Airline Reservations or Tour Operator
. Confident booking and amending flights, hotels, and transfers.
. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build a rapport with clients.
. Excellent attention to detail and confident working to strict deadlines
