Travel Consultant – Required for an award winning travel company , who are looking for Travel Consultants/Customer Service Advisors to join their expanding travel company based in the Manchester area . They are looking for experienced travel consultants from a retail or call centre background to sell worldwide destinations and also complete alterations on any existing bookings for clients over the phone . They will pay £18,500 and the role will be working Monday-Friday 9-5.30 (occasional weekends maybe required) this is a home based role but you will be required to attend any meetings at the companies head office in the Manchester area

Travel consultant duties
-Booking and amending a wide variety of worldwide holidays over the phone
-Working to weekly and monthly targets
-Offering advice on products and destinations, whilst offering a high level of service

Travel consultant skills required
–Travel consultant reservations experience is a must, either in a call centre or a retail shop
-Service driven with a passion for customer service
-Confident working within a busy , varied role
