Tour Leader Manager required by an adventure Tour Operator to recruit and manage their international Tour Leaders. Salary around 32K, dependent upon experience, Ex Senior Tour Leader required for this role. A perfect opportunity for a Tour Leader ready to hang up their Tour Leading boots and work in HQ

Tour Leader Manager Responsibilities:

• Set overseas staffing strategy and processes.
• Recruit and schedule adventure Tour Leaders
• Discuss and agree wages/rates of tour leaders and set contracts
• Monitor varying leader requirements
• Confirming travel logistics once the Tour Leaders have been scheduled. Arranging recce trips for leaders where needed.
• Problem-solving, in collaboration with operations team, when staffing challenges occur.

Tour Leader Manager Experience Required:

• Tour Leading experience – highly advantageous
• People Management Experience
• Pragmatic solver of problems
• Excellent logistical understanding of adventure travel
