Team Leader, German Speaker: An experienced German Speaking Team Leader is required for this expanding travel company, office based in Edinburgh, paying up to £28K.

Team Leader, German Speaker – Responsibilities:
– Manage the performance and development of the team members
– Be the first point of contact for resolving escalated issues
– Maintain the highest levels of client and customer satisfaction

Team Leader, German Speaker – Skills Required:
– Min 2 years managerial experience (must include managing people/team management)
– Min 1 year travel background (travel experience or travel education)
– Previous call centre experience is an advantage
– Fluent in written and spoken German and English
– Experience coaching or leading people
– Ability to create and continually support people through individual development plans

Additional Information:
– Paying £24K – £28K depending on experience
– Based in their offices in Edinburgh
