Job Description
MISSION
- Follow the norms and procedures of the Spa department according to the specifications of the hotel; ensure that these norms and procedures are followed through;
- Ensure & oversee members’ / guests’ satisfaction and smooth coordination of all services within the Spa;
- Formulate & provide optimum service through staff training & coaching;
- Monitor operations budgets & ensure all costs are strictly controlled;
- Ensure & adhere all policies & procedures and communicate policies at all levels; Handle and solve special requests and complaints;
- Control the hygiene and cleanliness of Spa work area, equipment and material; Perform other duties as may be assigned
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
- Spa Manager License or Trade License is mandatory
- 2 years related experience including 1 year experience in SPA operation, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent social and presentation skills
- Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company
