Senior Account Manager – This online parking reservation service company are growing and expanding and recruiting for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join their team, office based in East London. Paying up to £45K plus bonus.

Senior Account Manager – Responsibilities:
– Managing a mix of key accounts, developing working relationships
– Driving client retention, renewals, upsell and client satisfaction
– Provide regular updates on account performance and update internal management
– Consistently look for new opportunities to grow accounts
– First point of contact for any account issues and day to day problems

Senior Account Manager – Skills Required:
– Previous Account Management experience dealing with key accounts
– Business acumen, sound decision making, a consultative approach to managing complex client relationships
– Confident communication skills
– Ability to prioritize, balancing client deliverables on multiple projects.

Additional Information:
– Paying £35-45K plus £5K bonus
– Office based East London Mon – Thur and WFH on Fri, 09.00 – 17.00
– 24 days hol plus bank holiday plus birthdays off
– Free onsite gym.
