We are looking for a successful Sales Manager to join a reputable and growing company within their offices based in South Manchester . The successful Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and developing a sales team to achieve and exceed both personal and company targets, whilst offering a high level of service . This role will drive sales into the sales team by developing new business and maximising sales on existing bookings , whilst driving client retention and supporting and developing the sales team to their full potential. The Sales Manager will be rewarded with a basic salary up to £40,000 with a generous commission structure and will be working Monday-Friday 9-5.30, within the companies Head Office based in South Manchester

Within the role of Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Leading and developing a sales team to achieve and exceed targets
* Setting and monitoring of individual and team targets, including regular one to ones to discuss individuals performance and setting action and development plans
* Monitoring calls and quality control within the business and implementing new procedures to increase performance
. Analysing historical call data and ensuring there is sufficient resource within the sales team
. Building relationships with suppliers and seeking out new opportunities to enhance the product offering
. Working with the company MD on new projects

Within the role of Sales Manager, you will have the following skills:
* Previous experience working as a Sales Manager, leading a busy sales team ideally within a /contact centre travel environment
* Have excellent people skills with the ability to lead , inspire and motivate a sales team to reach their full potential , completing regular one to one reviews
* Excellent commercial experience and confident maximising profit through seeking out the best suppliers
* Confident communicator, with the ability to communicate well with both internal and external clients and suppliers
