Travel Reservations Supervisor – Required for this established tour operator based in South London. They are looking for an experienced team leader from another tour operator ideally with Amadeus knowledge. Ideally knowledge of the Indian Ocean, Middle East and Southern Africa would be an advantage. They will pay up to £32,000 plus comm. Office or Hybrid with their offices in South London.

Travel Reservations Supervisor, Responsibilities:

• Looking after a team of 4 experienced consultants, duties such as daily and weekly catch up and sales meetings, rotas, 1-2-1s, updating the team on new products, problem solving.
• Very hands on taking reservations calls and making sales. Booking longhaul luxury trips using Amadeus to book flights
• Dealing with any of the teams customer service issues

Travel Reservations Supervisor, Skills Required:

• Team leader experience for a tour operator is a must
• Strong people management skills
• GDS knowledge, ideally Amadeus but they are happy to cross train
• Strong sales skills and target driven
• Knowledge of the Indian ocean and Middle East

Additional information

• Paying up to £32K + comm
• Hybrid of office based with their offices in South London
• Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6pm, Saturdays 9.30am to 4pm, closed in Sundays
• Roughly working 1 in 3 Saturdays with a day off during the week
