Product Manager, Travel Industry, Swindon Area, £45-50k. An excellent opportunity to join this rapidly expanding company in the Swindon area where you will be responsible for optimising the trading performance of an assigned range of travel products.
Product Manager Responsibilities
- Implementing strategic initiatives to achieve budget requirements, passenger numbers and margins for an assigned portfolio of travel products.
- Supplier management.
- Supporting with the development and launch of new travel products, ensuring quality standards and volume targets are met.
- Responsible for ensuring margin and ROI KPI’s are met for your assigned products.
- Use historical data, trends and competitor analysis to evolve existing product range and influence new product development.
- Track the performance of newly launched products.
Product Manager Skills Required
- Previous product management experience gained in the travel industry.
- Financially and commercially astute.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Confident in presenting new ideas.
- Passionate about travel with an ability to research and plan new destinations / products.
Product Manager Additional Details
- A basic salary in the region of £45,000 – £50,000 per annum depending on experience.
- Annual bonus linked to individual and company performance.
- Private medical after 6 months probation, dental, life assurance
- Free parking onsite
- Starting at 20 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing by 1 day a year after full calendar years service up to 25.
- Please not this is an office based role with some flexibility to work remotely on a Friday.
- Contractual hours Monday – Friday, 9am-530pm.
