What are we looking for in this role?
- The Product Manager will drive product vision, direction and strategy for our TD Jobs product.
- Own the product roadmap, objectives, KPIs and oversee product updates from idea to implementation.
- Optimize user experience through consistent testing, debugging, and collecting feedback from customers. You are the customer’s biggest advocate.
- Work closely with the Development Team to manage and prioritize product backlog
- You are an excellent communicator and will facilitate product updates & requirements across all project stages to various teams in TD.
- Proven work experience as Product Manager or similar role in technology/digital company
- Solid technical background with understanding and hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- You are humble and have deep appreciation for building products.
Bonus points if you have any of these but not mandatory:
- In-depth knowledge of Agile and Scrum
- A creative problem-solver who can take initiative and work independently.
- Entrepreneurial mindset. Willingness to push boundaries.
- Prior start-up work experience.
