Out of Hours Business Travel Consultants required by a multi-award winning, global business travel company. We are looking for experienced Consultants who can use Sabre and/or Galileo and are happy to work weekends and evenings. Salary dependent upon experience. Fully remote.

Hours: There is flexibility around your chosen working hours, depending on what best works for you, but your week will cumulatively reach between 30-40 hours and can offer flexibility and will cover weekend days (8am onwards) and weekday evenings (approx. 1730/1800 to Midnight)

Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant Responsibilities:

• Deal with client enquiries ensuring exceptional service; organising and confirming travel itineraries
• Carry out research on behalf of client to ensure best fares are used
• Process all travel documentation
• Advise on passport requirements, visas and travel vaccinations
• Organise refunds and cancellations
• Help train and support new business travel consultants

Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant Skills and Experience:

• Sabre and or Galileo – in depth working experience
• Experience working as a Business Travel Consultant
• Willing to work weekends and some evenings
• Engaging warm professional manner
