Out of Hours Travel Consultant – Required for this family owned travel management company. They are looking for experienced business travel consultants to assist their corporate and repatriation clients. Paying up to £30k.

Out of Hours Travel Consultant Duties

• Book travel and hotel accommodation for the Emergency Assistance clients
• Support and understand our client’s assistance needs and offer the best professional advice to solve travel and transportation problems and timing
• Manage enquiry through to booking, ensuring effective prioritisation
• Implement operational procedures to ensure growth of client satisfaction

Out of Hours Travel Consultant Skills Required

• Minimum of two years’ experience of working in the travel industry
• Knowledge of Galileo is preferable but will consider other GDS
• Attention to detail
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
• Strong communication skills including an excellent telephone manner
• Problem-solving

Out of Hours Travel Consultant Additional Info;

• Paying up to £30k for the right person. All training is to be carried out in the office with the potential to be a hybrid of office (East Hampshire) and home working.

Shifts;

Mon – Fri – 17:00 – 22:00 / 22:00 – 08:00
Sat – Sun – 08:00 – 18:00 / 12:00 – 22:00 / 22:00 – 08:00

Shifts can be combined and are available on a part time or full-time basis.

This position will be homebased once fully trained, this can take up to 6 months. Full training will be given in their East Hampshire office.
