Operations Executive, Award-winning and recently B-Corp certified Tour Operator are looking for a new Operations Executive to join their rapidly growing team in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global experience-centric travel company who have just received significant investment and can offer a rewarding career to a travel enthusiast possessing strong administrative capabilities.

Salary £25,390 – £27,745 per year
Benefits include 25 days holiday, plus your birthday off, bonus, Hybrid working, Volunteering leave, Discounted travel, and more
Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm

Operations Executive Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with suppliers and business partners
• Quality-check trip itineraries ensuring all client information is accurate
• Take ownerships of the production, final checking and distribution of dossier packs
• Ad hoc administrative work

Operations Executive Experience and Skills Required:

• Familiarity with the processes involved in arranging travel
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Highly organised
• High level of accuracy under time pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills
• Passion for travel
