MICE Specialist required by a prestigious Luxury Tour Operator. 28K-35K. You will actively grow the company\’s MICE business, developing current and new clients, managing the RFP process and oversee the actual events taking place.

MICE Specialist Responsibilities:

• Work with Sales and Marketing to increase client awareness of MICE offering aiming to increase volume of RFP\’s
• Create respective marketing materials
• Put together RFP\’s and manage process from proposal through to negotiation of terms, including site inspections (international travel)
• Co-ordinate operational process, overseeing set-up of arrangements and delivery on the ground (will also involve international travel)
• Resolution of quality and service matters
• Other general ad hoc responsibilities

MICE Specialist Experience required

• Experience working in the meetings, incentives, conferences and events field
• Experience in luxury travel
• Flexibility
• A polished and professional individual is required
