Luxury Travel Consultant
This established luxury travel provider is looking for a highly experienced Travel Consultant with excellent customer service skills to join the team based in South Manchester . Successful candidates will have travel consultancy experience with ,ideally within the luxury sector with good product knowledge. This attractive role will involve booking luxury accommodation for clients over the phone and booking concierge services including fine dining , private chefs, and excursions , whilst offering a high level of service . This role will be office based but there is potential for some homeworking days and offers a salary of £28k , plus annual bonus , 25 days holiday plus bank holidays , private medical insurance working 9am-5.30pm and 1 weekend a month , may consider part time 4 days per week (32 hours per week)

Luxury Travel Consultant Responsibilities:
Ensuring all direct customer and enquiries are dealt with professionally
Using your considerable product knowledge to plan the perfect trip
Managing supplier relationships
Managing the entire booking process from first enquiry
Arranging concierge services with local providers

Luxury Travel Consultant Requirements:
Experience in a luxury travel sales environment
Experience dealing with clients direct offering a high level of service
Dynamic and driven
Professional and courteous
High Attention to detail
Friendly and approachable

Luxury Travel Consultant Additional information:
£28k plus annual bonus
Monday to Friday 9-5.30 pm 40 hrs per week or 4 days (32hours per week) 1 weekend per month
