Luxury Cruise Consultant
Wonderful opportunity to join this successful, award-winning, tour operator as a homeworking Luxury Cruise Consultant . You will be using your specialist luxury cruise knowledge to tailor make travel itineraries to Worldwide destinations . You will be an experienced Luxury Cruise Consultant, with experience selling luxury cruise products, whilst tailor making Worldwide travel itineraries. This is a fully home-based role, offering a basic salary £30,000 with lucrative monthly commission uncapped, and the opportunity to travel on Worldwide Luxury Cruise fam trips! start date either 4th or 18th November 1 week office based training

Luxury Cruise Consultant – Role & Responsibilities:

• Booking Luxury Worldwide Cruise products and tailor made travel for clients over the phone
• Respond in an efficient and timely manner to incoming sales calls
• Provide customers with a personalised service, suggesting suitable itineraries and product to match their requirements
• Be pro-active in using your specialist knowledge to support conversion of enquiries into sales on the first enquiry.
• Work closely with luxury cruise lines and create packages around the cruise products
• Work towards sales targets
• Provide an exceptional service to all customers

Luxury Cruise Consultant – Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven expertise in a Luxury Worldwide Cruise sales role
• In depth knowledge of Luxury Worldwide Cruise lines including the ships and itineraries
• Confident building luxury tailor made cruising packages
• Experience of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a genuine desire to exceed customers expectations.
• Experience of working with a variety of travel systems
• Ability to manage workload and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to start on 4^th o9r 18^th Nov 1 week office based training

Luxury Cruise Consultant – Additional Information:

• Basic salary of £30,000 plus uncapped commission
• Fully homebased – all equipment provided.
• Working between 9am-7pm (small shift pattern) and 1 in 3 weekends
• 22 days holiday plus BH (on a rota)
