Long Haul Product Manager, Up to £40,000 – This well established family owned Tour Operator are looking for an experienced Product Manager focusing on long haul destinations like the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. They offer a hybrid working week, 3 days based in their offices near Cambridge with the added flexibility to work 2 days from home. Paying up to £40,000 depending on experience.

Long Haul Product Manager Responsibilities:

• Negotiating leading rates with existing and new accommodation partners
• Monitoring competitor activity
• Develop and implementing product strategy
• Responsible for which products will be featured in the brochure, working closely with the Commercial and Marketing teams
• Report on product and sales data to identify key trends and opportunities

Long Haul Product Manager, Skills Required:

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Product OR Contracts manager within a travel business is essential
• Product knowledge on long haul destinations such as USA & Canada OR Australia & New Zealand and Cruise knowledge ideally
• Excellent eye for detail and proven record of strong negotiation skills
• Needs to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
• The ability to build relationships with suppliers and ground handlers
• Travel will be required
• Cruise & South Pacific knowledge would be advantageous
