LEISURE OR BUSINESS TRAVEL CONSULTANT – GERMAN SPEAKER – Our client who is a leading travel organisation are looking for multiple German speaking travel consultants. GDS is a must, background working for a TMC, leisure travel or an airline. Salary between 28 to 44.5k plus benefits.

LEISURE OR BUSINESS TRAVEL CONSULTANT – GERMAN SPEAKER Duties

• Assist Business travellers with best-in-class personalised travel support, by helping them resolve issues before, during and after travel using the app as well as sabre and Amadeus This may require helping with basic cancellations, changes, and updates to hotel, flight, car and rail bookings.
• Provide accurate and detailed fare information for hotel, flight, car and rail bookings, as needed.
• Ensure traveller requests are responded to within SLA requirements by comfortably navigating between chat and phone systems and our online travel tool.
• Troubleshoot issues by regularly referring to our agent tools for guidelines on how to best assist the traveller
• Provide regular feedback to Product and Engineering teams to ensure agents tools are meeting the needs of our internal teams.

LEISURE OR BUSINESS TRAVEL CONSULTANT – GERMAN SPEAKER – Skills Required

• Strong background as a business travel consultant, leisure travel consultant or airline reservations agent
• Strong GDS experience, either sabre, Amadeus or galileo
• Fluency in German plus English (C1 level required for both languages)
• Tech Savvy – not an expert but will be confident in Gmail, Zendesk, Slack and Salesforce as well as our internal travel customer service platform.
• Ability to multitask with a desire to resolve urgent matters as quickly and efficiently as possible.

LEISURE OR BUSINESS TRAVEL CONSULTANT – GERMAN SPEAKER Additional information

• We are looking for multiple roles for a new account
• Open to part time of full time
• Open 7am to 7pm, 8 hour shifts, but happy to discuss shifts that suit you
• Open Saturday and Sundays, usually you work 1 weekend per month, but if you cant do this they are open to Monday to Friday work
