Job Description -Junior Travel Consultant
The Junior Travel Consultant will be based in Lichfield. After a successful training period, you will be required to deal with everyday retail sales, payments, ticket collection and other client enquiries. Sales range from traditional packages to tailor-made worldwide itineraries, predominantly in the luxury specialist travel sector with training provided

Junior Travel Consultant Key skills required

• Studied Travel & Tourism with a passion for travel
• Excellent customer service experience and a willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Good knowledge of travel destinations
• Excellent language & writing skills
• Confident and polite telephone manner
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and computers
• Friendly, confident, and professional manner
