Hotel & Rail Consultants required for a successful Business Travel company based in South Manchester
Due to growth this business travel company are looking for someone with excellent customer service experience , who is keen to move into the travel industry to join their team with full training provided and previous travel experience is not required . This role will be working Monday- Friday 9am-5.30pm and offers a salary of £19, 372

Hotel & Rail Consultant experience required:
Experience working within a customer service role , offering a high level of service to customers
Strong attention to detail
Hotel & Rail Consultant roles and responsibilities:
Dealing with a mixture of client accounts that require hotel and rail reservations to be made or changed
Providing excellent customer service to clients
Resolve and deal with client queries and work within the client agreed timescales
