Groups and FIT Reservation Agent: This well establish Inbound Tour Operator are recruiting for an experienced Groups and FIT Reservation Agent. They are paying £30K – £35K DOE based in their offices in SW London, ideally working 4 days in the office and 1 from home.

Groups and FIT Reservation Agent – Responsibilities:
– Booking accommodation for individuals and groups by phone and email.
– Negotiate rates and space with hotels and coordinate services
– Manage and maintain information accurately
– Dealing with US, Canadian and Australian tourists visiting the UK & Europe

Groups and FIT Reservation Agent – Skills Required:
– Previous experience within Groups and FITs
– Have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as IT (Outlook, Microsoft Office)
– Be able to work on own initiative as well as in a team
– Have attention to detail

Additional Information:
– Paying up to £35,000 depending on experience.
– Based in West London
– Working Mon – Fri 09.00 – 18.00
