GROUPS TRAVEL CONSULTANT– Exciting adventure travel company are looking for an experienced Groups Specialist Travel Consultant to take ownership of their large group itineraries. Array of clients, key examples being schools, universities, rock-climbing clubs, sports clubs. Well-matched candidates will have groups experience from either business or leisure travel working closely with airline counterparts. Circa 40K dependent upon experience. Homeworking or Hybrid depending upon your location

Group Travel Consultant Responsibilities:

• Create group reservations
• Negotiate with Airlines and Ground Suppliers
• Manage client relationships
• Booking all ground arrangements
• Putting complex itineraries together
• Issuing refunds and re-issuing tickets
• Ticketing, Invoicing – and making Amendments
• Use Sabre GDS

Group Travel Consultant Skills Required:

• Proven experience in Group Air bookings
• Knowledge of a GDS is essential
• Previous experience in booking complex fares and itineraries

Group Travel Consultant Additional Information:

• This role is starting ASAP
• Salary 40-45K (depending on experience)
• You must have recent/previous group travel consultant experience for your application to be considered
• Homebased or Hybrid depending upon your location
