With the continuous growth we are looking for an experienced Golf Travel Operations Manager to join our leadership team based in Danang, Vietnam.

Functions as the leader of the operations department. Provides leadership to operations team, overall control over day-to-day operations, manages all aspects of travel operations including reservations, ticketing, travel coordination and customer support. Also handles tour assignments, address any customer feedback and vendor management issues. Ensures smooth tour operations in accordance with schedules

Main responsibilities of Golf Travel Operations Manager:

• Responsibilities include managing the operations team, trip profitability, emergency protocols and incident responses, and continuous operational innovation

• Planning and disseminating in-depth itineraries; Booking transports, accommodations, and services; ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way

• Enhance golf traveler experience, ensure accurate and timely services provided

• Oversee customer emergency communication and incident management. Quickly and effectively resolve customer issues

• Drive improvements in tour operations and guest satisfaction by fostering a collaborative team environment within the Operations team and with other departments. Recommend improvements to customer service experience.

• Provide ongoing management of travel agencies, communicate customer service objective to suppliers, manage escalated contractual issues with existing endors/suppliers

• Evaluate performance of travel operations teams. Manage, train, coach and develop operations department. Review workloads and staffing of operations team to ensure execution of tour programs

• Develop and maintain metrics, analytical reports, key performance indicators to optimize operations

• Manage budgets in accordance with departmental work plans

 Required Skills/Experience:

• Previous experience as a tour management experience with demonstrated ability to manage a team under pressure and monitor product execution, events, team activities and procedures is required

• Detail-orientated, a positive and competitive attitude with the drive to succeed and work ethic

• Sensitive to customers’ needs and requirements

• Polished logistical and problem-solving methods

• Collaborative nature with the ability to interact with a variety of staff from all levels

• Excellent manage time and schedules

• Ability to work independently and proactively as a member of a team

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge of golf industry and client relationship management is an advantage

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and related field certifications.

• Good interpersonal skill.

• English language skill is a must and literate Computer

Prior experience in golf, leisure travel and hospitality industry is a major advantage.

Outstanding leadership, proven financial stewardship, & excellent communication skills are a must.
