Job Description

Global Partnerships Manager, Specialist Tour Operator, mainly remote, £55-65k + 20% bonus. A fantastic opportunity to take up this newly created role with an award winning, specialist tour operator with a fantastic portfolio of products. The main purpose will be to establish new b2b channels of distribution via travel trade partners from all international markets outside of the UK and also groups / MICE / Associations from all global markets.

Global Partnerships Manager Responsibilities

  • Building a healthy pipeline of of distribution opportunities with trade partners which may include retail travel agencies, consortia, OTA’s, MICE, Groups, Corporate and Education.
  • Account manage and grow B2B partners once established
  • Working closely with the product team to further develop the product offering, adapting it for any special requests by groups.
  • Working closely with marketing on how to promote the product to B2B partners.
  • Representing the business at industry events, conferences and exhibitions

Global Partnerships Manager Skills Required

  • An accomplished B2B sales professional from the travel industry with knowledge of distribution via trade partners.
  • Experience working in the Cruise, tour operating or groups / incentive travel sectors would be most desirable.
  • Highly driven with excellent negotiation skills and commercial acumen
  • Experience selling in to multiple international markets
  • Additional languages would be an advantage but only English is mandatory
  • A organised self-starter with excellent stakeholder management and team working capabilities

Global Partnerships Manager Salary Details

A basic salary in the region of £55,000 – £65,000 depending on experience plus 20% bonus.
There is flexibility around location, although a fortnightly visit to the companies UK head office would be required initially whilst learning the ropes.
