RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS / TRÁCH NHIỆM VÀ CÔNG VIỆC
- Management
- Leading HODs and teams in the development and implementation of all business strategies approved plan.
- Being in charge of all operation, budget, hiring, benefit, regulation, policy of the property
- Is knowledgeable of all management contract requirements for the property and ensures compliance with contract and reporting requirements.
- Operations
- Ensuring the implementation of the brand service strategy, brand initiatives, policies and procedures with the objective of meeting or exceeding guest expectations.
- Improving and set high standards results for all departments, keep the hotel operation running well and smoothly.
- Analyzing service issues and identifies trends. Facilitates the development of creative solutions to overcome obstacles and ensures implementation to continually improve guest satisfaction results.
- Human Resources
- Recruiting staffs and build up the team to maximize the manning plan and ensure operating smoothly.
- Creating appropriate development plans and training plan based on their individual strengths, development needs, career aspirations and abilities.
- Control the turnover rate of the staffs.
- Finance
- Reviewing revenue and financial reports / statements to determine how performing against then budget (P&L).
- Identifying opportunities to increase profits and create value by challenging existing processes, encouraging innovation and driving necessary changes.
- Ensuring the expense in under control and comply with company policies.
- Sale & marketing
- Planning and implying sales plan and strategies to ensure alignment with the brand business strategy and proper room rate in the market.
- Observe all sale and marketing operation of hotels
- Suggesting innovative marketing ideas and proactively develops deployment strategies to continue to grow market share.

- Performing other duties as assigned to meet business needsREQUIREMENTS/ YÊU CẦU
- At least Bachelor degree in any field
- Minimum 5-year experience as a General Manager in hotels of an international standard (both pre-opening and operating experience)
- Strong organization skills, problem-solving skills, analytical skills, negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
- Effective influence skills, decision-making skills and strong leadership skills
- Strong in driving results, people management and development
