MISSION
– Responsible for all daily operational aspects of the F&B Department of the Hotel.
– Maintain a consistently high standard of service & product through clear management of the F&B Team, active involvement in the operations and hands-on approach.
– Maximize business opportunities, up sell and cost reduction, without compromising standards
– Manage, motivate and organize personnel in order to improve the quality and the creativity of F&B Department
– Make suggestions for service, food and F&B promotion improvement
– Take part in the F&B hotel strategy with implementation of all marketing plan
– Improve department’s results by increasing sales, improving the management of points of sale in the restaurants, bars, and 24hr room service
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
– Hotel Management graduate or related course.
– At least 5 years experience in the same capacity preferably in International Hotels.
– Familiar with Micros POS
– Health in good condition
– Fluent in English
– Excellent leadership skills
– Proactive
