Finance Manager: This Travel Sales and Marketing company are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with ATT level 3 (or similar qualification) and all areas of Sage, office based in Essex, paying up to £35K.

Finance Manager – Responsibilities:
– Payroll
– Monthly recharges to clients
– Managing and posting payments from the tour operators using their bespoke reservation system (Centrium), training will be provided.
– Invoicing
– Investigating payment queries from tour operator payments
– Monthly reconciliation and payments to hotels
– Providing journals for their Finance Controller / Company Secretary to product management and year end accounts
– Supporting the company directors on general office management actions, handling office contracts, insurances etc.

Finance Manager – Skills Required:
– Previous experience as a Finance Manager / Account Manager / Book Keeper
– Minimum of ATT Accountancy level 3 or similar qualification.
– Fully trained and qualified on Sage Line 50 levels 1,2 and 3. Plus Sage payroll
– Fully conversant with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
– Knowledge of Barclays and Lloyds online banking system are crucial
– Travel / hospitality industry experience is an advantage but not essential

– Office based in Essex
– Working Mon – Fri 09.00 – 17.30
– Office parking available
