Operations Manager
This award winning travel company are looking for an Operations Manager to join their busy team. Located in the heart of the Cotswolds the Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and and developing the team, while ensuring maximum revenue opportunities are reached. They are offering a competitive salary of up to £53,000.

Operations Manager Role and Responsibilities

• Maintaining and increasing productivity of the brand.
• Ensure smooth running of operations post sale.
• Increase brand local awareness.
• Manage team performance and development.
• Maintain and build client relationships.

Operations Manager Skills and Experience Required

• Results driven with good time management skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent commercial awareness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience in a similar role preferred.

Operations Manager Additional Information

• Salary £48,000 – £53,000 depending on experience.
• Monday to Friday 0900 – 1730.
• Office based.
