Job Description

ESSENTIAL AND OPTIONAL REQUIREMENTS

– A minimum of five years if management experience, preferable in Asia.
– Confident in exercising correct judgement and possessing excellent decision-making-skills.
– Fluent in English-oral and written.

KEY TASKS

– We are recruiting for our 5* resort a highly motivated and dynamic Executive Chef with leadership experience as well as being a good trainer and coach to guarantee a smooth day to day operation.
– Ensuring and continuously improve set standards, focuses on attention to details, able to deliver creativity and food concepts.
– Responsible for food hygiene as per HACCP guidelines.
– Responsible for any financial related targets as per budget in terms of revenue generation, cost savings, renegotiation of contract, etc.
