Customer Services Manager – Travel & Events Industry – Woolwich, London (office based) – Circa £50k. A fantastic opportunity to join this well-established, small yet busy organisation to help drive their customer service and engagement.
Customer Services Manager Responsibilities
- Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for a small team of around 4 which is expected to grow in the near future.
- Plan and deliver outward communication schedule
- Manage onboarding and communication with corporate partners
- Manage inward customer enquiries and booking requests
- Agree and manage the teams SLA’s and KPI’s to achieve desired outcomes
- Continually seek process and efficiency improvements
- Ensure accuracy of customer and client data
Customer Services Manager Skills Required
- An experienced and hands on customer services manager who thrives in a relatively small but busy working environment
- Experience in the travel, events or hospitality industries preferred
- Experience leading and developing a small team
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and Outlook
Customer Services Manager Additional Details
A competitive salary in the region of £50,000 depending on experience.
The role will be office based in the Woolich area of London which is accessible via rail, DLR, Elizabeth Line and bus links
Typically Monday – Friday, core office hours
