Job Description

Customer Delivery Executive, London, £30k PLUS BONUS required to join this independently owned, luxury tour operator who create stunning travel itineraries across Asia. You will provide key support for the rest of the team and fulfil administrative tasks related to sales, marketing and product. You will come from an administrative background and if not from a previous travel industry role you will, as a minimum, have a demonstrable passion for travel as this is key to the role. This is a Hybrid role between SW London & Home.

Customer Delivery Executive Responsibilities:

  • Provision of operational support to sales team
  • Liaison with suppliers and booking services.
  • Preparation of eye-catching documentation which reflects the style of the destination/product.
  • Continuously learning and adapting existing process striving for improvement
  • Working collaboratively within a fast-moving, dynamic sales and operations team.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is dispatched in good time and all other post sale administration is complete

Customer Delivery Executive Skills and Experience Required:

  • A passion for travel and a desire to immerse yourself in the subject of travel by reading and continually learning
  • Exceptional written & verbal communication
  • Administration experience
  • Meticulous eye for detail
  • A can do attitude with the ability to work collaboratively within the team
