Cruise Consultant Home Based – This established and expanding cruise company are expanding their UK team and recruiting for Cruise Consultants to join their team . This role will be booking Worldwide tailor made cruises, including flights, hotels and transfers for clients over the phone and will be working a variety of shifts which will include some evenings and weekends and offers an initial start salary of £19, 266 plus a generous bonus circa £30-35k , along with other company benefits . Full and part time hours considered

Cruise Consultant Home Based Duties –
Converting incoming calls, web chats and emails into bookings to meet personal sales targets.
Booking ancillary products and upselling where appropriate
Maximise sales leads by following up leads by outbound customers
Offering exceptional customer service by building rapport and using personal experience

Cruise Consultant Home Based Skills Required –
Having a passion for the cruise industry and enthusiastic about selling cruises
Good cruise and travel product knowledge having sold travel products including cruises
Experience working either in cruise sales, retail or contact centre travel roles with some knowledge of cruise products
Target driven
