Business Travel Hotel and Rail Consultant required for a leading and very well-established business travel company based in Bradford. This unique opportunity to join this leading business travel company would suit individuals from within the travel such as travel agent / reservations agent / travel advisor as well as service driven professionals from the hotel industry or service contact centre experience , with strong customer services experience that are looking to develop a career within the exciting world of business travel. This role will be responsible for booking Hotels and Rail Worldwide for corporate clients over the phone and by email , offering a high level of service . This role offers a salary of £21,571 , plus other company benefits.

Business Travel Hotel and Rail Consultant responsibilities :

-Book and amend Hotels and Rail travel for corporate clients over the phone and by email
-Provide a high level of customer service and support to both internal and external customers and suppliers
-Provide guidance and support to clients, using a variety of communication methods to enable the smooth running of day to day operations within the hotel and rail travel department
– Reply to e-mails within a specified time scale, identifying any problems and give advice about hotel and rail travel where appropriate
– Ensuring bookings made on behalf of the customer are accurate
– Using the in-house system to produce invoices and refunds, understanding deadlines and work within those parameters

Business Travel Hotel and Rail Consultant skills required :-
– Experience working in travel as a retail travel agent or other similar travel industry or hotel based customer services / reservations roles.
– Have proven data entry / administration skills with a high attention to details
– Have strong communication skills
– Be able to work as part of a team
– Be strong in numeracy
