Business Travel Consultant – 4 Mornings (5am-9am) and 1 Weekend day (7am-7pm) 27hrs per week – Fully Remote. A global Business Travel company are expanding their out of hours team and have an exciting opportunity which includes supporting clients over the phone and by email with new and existing reservations, whilst offering a high level of service. This role will be working 4 weekdays 5am-9am and 1 weekend day each week 7am-7pm approx. 27 hrs per week and offers a salary of £27,843, along with a holiday allowance of 30 days( 6 weekends and 24 weekdays) and pension scheme. Suitable candidates will have experience working in business travel, ideally using Amadeus.

Business Travel Consultants duties:
-Manage a portfolio of existing clients and accounts including offline/email bookings
-Always offer first class customer service.
-Provide a variety of quotations to clients without favouring any airline/supplier using Amadeus
-Deal with emergency calls and situations for clients as and when they arise.
-Work closely with both Ticketing and Finance to ensure reservations/tickets are issued without any problems.
-Meet and exceed personal objectives in line with company KPIs and account SLAs.

Business Travel Consultants skills required.
-Business Travel experience is essential ideally with Out of hours experience
-Ideally Amadeus knowledge but they may cross train
-Able to work 4 weekday shifts 5.00am – 9am or and 1 weekend 12 hr shift 7am – 7pm
