Business Travel Consultant – An established travel company are recruiting for Business Travel Consultants to join their repatriation team based in the Essex area . This role be arranging emergency travel for passengers including flights, hotels and transfers and will be working 4 x12 hr shifts with 4 days off to include evenings and daytime shifts salary £28k. This is an office-based role in Essex with some shifts working from home. Although Business Travel experience would be preferred this is not essential as training can be provided but experience working in travel is essential with good knowledge of the travel industry

Business Travel Consultants – duties
*Booking Worldwide travel for clients in emergency situations including flights, hotels and transfers
*Deal with emergency calls and situations for clients as and when they arise.
*Work closely with 3^rd party suppliers offering a professional service
*Meet and exceed personal objectives in line with company standards

Business Travel Consultants skills required
*Experience working in Business Travel, Tour Operations, Airline Reservations or Retail Travel
*GDS experience preferred but not essential
*Excellent customer service skills with a high level of attention to detail
