Philippine Airlines, Asia’s first airline and the nation’s flag carrier, is seeking an experienced leisure account manager to maximise revenues from the UK leisure market. You’ll be managing a large client portfolio and the role will involve travel both UK and worldwide. The role is based in Central London but will require travel to visit clients throughout the UK. The role is a two-year fixed term contract, with the possibility to extend based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Promote PAL’s product and services to the trade in order to increase existing revenues.
• Keep accurate records of sales activity.
• Keep up to date with products from other carriers and destinations.
• Contribute to the UK Business plan.
• Provide feedback and assist in the implementation of the UK Sales and Marketing Plan.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and presentations related to the assigned sales area.
• Represent the Company at industry functions and trade events.

Requirements:

• Experience in airline sales and travel trade representation.
• First-rate interpersonal, communication and listening skills.
• Good analytical andproblem solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Proven ability to achieve targets.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Strong understanding of airline market dynamics and requirements.
