Job Description

Client Engagement Executive – London – Corporate Travel. Due to winning multiple new accounts and the increasing return of business travel, this award winning and highly reputable business travel agency are looking to recruit a new Client Engagement Executive to join their growing team. Hybrid working (ideally 3 days in the office and 2 days remote).

Client Engagement Executive Responsibilities

  • Support and take ownership at a deeper level during the initial stages of the customer journey to achieve immediate relationship success, win hearts and minds, and identify potential issues and challenges.
  • Act in a consultative capacity when working with new clients to ensure their onboarding journey is a smooth transition and ensuring that the key objectives of the client have been taken into account when forming the basis of the Business Plan for Client Success.
  • Identify client needs to support and introduce the right cross-functional team, and work with Product to arrange online training and drive app usage, etc.
  • Develop exceptional internal and external communication skills, acting as the interface between Sales, Implementation, Operations, CSM, Leadership, and the client.
  • Continuously improve processes and client engagement strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Client Engagement Executive Skills Required

  • Evaluate the initial needs of the customer and deliver beyond expectations is essential.
  • Proven experience in building successful client relationships, being commercially minded
  • Previous travel industry experience is essential
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to document and record potential future deliverables using the CRM.
  • Set and deliver partnership foundations within a short timeframe
  • Exceptionally strong listening skills and the ability to think benefits, not features.
  • Strong presentation and written skills, and the desire to meet clients face to face with the adaptability to engage with clients through various methods to helps drive engagement (both new and existing clients)
  • Have the ability to interact with ease and confidence with clients and staff alike, particularly at the C suite level.
  • Be able to articulate required improvements to products/services and motivate other departments to deliver extraordinary results/client experience.

Client Engagement Executive Package

  • Paying £35-45k
  • Monday to Friday, working 3 days in the London office and 2 days from home
  • Life Assurance, Travel Insurance, Private Medical and Dental Insurance
