With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Jeremy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise, having worked with esteemed brands such as Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, Kempinski, and The Ritz-Carlton across North America, Europe, and the Middle East.
Jeremy’s career has been marked by significant achievements and a commitment to excellence. In his most recent role as Executive Assistant Manager at The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain, he played a pivotal role in maintaining the hotel’s status as a leading provider of luxury experiences. His strategic initiatives led to impressive revenue growth, high guest satisfaction rates, and top-tier employee engagement scores. Jeremy’s leadership in sales, marketing, and public relations, showcases his versatile management skills and dedication to delivering exceptional service.
