The list of notable global carriers available on the airasia Super App’s online travel agent (OTA) platform continues to grow, with Japan Airlines (JAL) being the latest addition to grant direct ticketing authority for their seats to be sold on the super app.
This marks the second airline from Japan to be part of Asean’s fastest-growing OTA platform, providing super app users more choices to explore Japan and beyond, conveniently at their fingertips. Under this new partnership, JAL flights will be available in the flight section of the airasia Super App, with over 132 domestic Japan routes and 60 international routes including seamless connections to North America.
At the heart of their service is Omotenashi — the warmth of Japanese hospitality. Awarded as one of the most punctual major international airlines and a certified 5-Star Airline by Skytrax, JAL is committed to providing customers with the highest levels of flight safety and quality in every aspect of its service and aims to become one of the most preferred and valued airlines in the world. In recognition of its enhanced JAL FlySafe measures at the airport and on board, the carrier has been awarded the WORLD CLASS 2022 by APEX while simultaneously achieving the highest level 5-Star COVID-19 Airline Safety Rating from SKYTRAX and the highest Diamond Certification from APEX Health Safety powered by Simplifying.
