Background:

She spent 15 years in Macau working in different roles in the hospitality industry and then relocated to Singapore with her husband. With a little bit of encouragement and push from him, she decided to take the leap and study to be certified to become a coach.

After attending a class of ‘How to build your personal brand’. This was the lightbulb moment for Sophie and from there she launched her own coaching practice LEAP by Sophie Chen.

Her purpose is to help her clients overcome challenges and barriers that is holding themselves back.
