beOnd — the world’s first premium leisure airline — recently launched its inaugural service on the Milan Malpensa – Malé, Maldives route, offering flights twice a week! The Airbus A319 has been meticulously designed with luxurious Italian elements, including elegant leather-upholstered seats crafted by the Interiors in Motion business unit of renowned Italian furniture brand Poltrona Frau.

beOnd’s aircraft showcases elegant white Pelle Frau® leather seats crafted by Poltrona Frau and designed by Optimares. Debossed with the beOnd logo, the seats are handmade with high-quality full-grain leather, offering superior comfort thanks to the sophisticated quilting system. The seats integrate harmoniously with the cabin’s juxtaposition of dark flooring and light finishes on the walls and ceiling.

Poltrona Frau has previously upholstered seating for Singapore airlines and for the first and business class seats of Etihad Airways. This new partnership with beOnd is pivotal for driving the growth of the brand’s Interiors in Motion business unit as it pursues new opportunities in the aviation industry.
