Meeting the needs of pilgrims
Kamarudin said: “There is a massive demand for affordable umrah from Indonesia and we have been striving to fulfil this demand. With this partnership, we can finally offer more Indonesians easy access to full-service yet affordable umrah experience and flights to Saudi Arabia with AirAsia X.
He added that ikhlas.com’s mission is to serve at least 10,000 Indonesian pilgrims within the first year and grow the number up to 50,000 guests once the firm gains a better understanding of the market’s specific needs and catering to them effectively.
Labib remarked: “We are pleased to introduce the LPHU Umrah package at a very affordable price of Rp 21 million (RM 5,830) which offers pilgrims the opportunity to perform Umrah with guaranteed prices, flights and accommodation even with budget-friendly options for everyone to enjoy.”
Muhammad pointed out that, through this partnership, Impian International will be able to offer an “umrah one door” between the two countries to all members under the auspices of LPHU.
He said: “This is based on our reliability and trust towards ikhlas.com and the efficient AirAsia ecosystem.”
In 2024, ikhlas.com successfully carried more than 110,423 passengers to Saudi Arabia and catered to nearly 5,500 pilgrims with some 600,000 platform users across the region.
