The new defining flagship property of the brand is offering the hotel’s top-floor Presidential suite, whose 1920’s – 1960’s design is reminiscent of the iconic Golden Age of Hollywood.
It’s the most luxurious suite in the 350-room hotel, which exudes the glamorous vibe of Anna May Wong, the first Chinese-American movie star and fashion icon with an illustrious career that spanned in silent film, television, stage, and radio. On the suite, guests may relive her rise to stardom while living in downtown Los Angeles and experience the life of a Hollywood star.
The elaborate design of the suite is symbolic of Anna May’s daring personality and appreciation of an exuberant lifestyle. It features fine marbles, bronze finishes, and lavish seating, which recreates the starlet’s living quarters after she received fame.
The Starlets of the Night package is perfect for an intimate group experience – from a relaxing ladies’ night out to a bachelorette party.
The evening starts with beverages and light bites inspired by the 1920’s Prohibition Era. It includes savoury shared plates such as tuna poke tacos and popcorn shrimp, to sweet treats such as mini ice cream cones and decadent chocolate lava cake.
Guests can also sit back and relax as they enjoy manicures and pedicures, and end the evening with an in-room movie of their choice.
The Starlets of the Night package was launched on the 3rd of September in memory of her birthday. Pricing for the package begins at US$ 1,903 (Anna May Wong’s birth year) and includes the following components:
